Once, there was an umbrella that became very proud of itself. It was good-looking, popular, strong, and admired by many. Everyone seemed to want it.
Rich and influential people adored it and begged to use it. Workers, market sellers, passersby, and students were eager to have it. Even little children loved playing with it in the rain.
All this attention made the umbrella arrogant. It thought too highly of itself and often boasted,
"I'm so famous and important!"
One day, the umbrella said to itself,
"Out of all my friends—the broom, the freezer, the fan, the bucket, the torch, and the bag—I am the most important. They don't meet my standards. I should leave them behind and live like the celebrity I am!"
So, the umbrella abandoned its friends and moved far away to another country. There, it continued to enjoy admiration and respect from everyone.
But one day, everything changed. The umbrella was suddenly ignored and neglected. No one cared about it anymore. People who once loved it stopped paying attention, and even little children didn’t want to play with it.
Feeling lonely and worthless, the umbrella wondered what had happened. It approached an old man and asked sadly,
"I'm still good-looking and strong. Why doesn’t anyone want me anymore?"
The old man replied,
"The rainy season is over. People don’t need umbrellas anymore, so now you're just a burden."
Heartbroken, the umbrella asked,
"I left my friends and neighbors to live a glorious life. Can I go back to them now?"
The old man shook his head and said,
"No, you can’t. You pushed them away, so they probably won’t take you back. I'm sorry, but you’ll have to live on the streets for a long time."
LESSONS TO LEARN
Nothing in life lasts forever. Even the sun will one day burn out. What seems important or precious now may lose its value over time.
Never let pride and ego take over. Stay humble, even when you’re successful. Always value your family and friends, no matter how well you're doing in life—because one day, you might need them.

Great story. Listening to your pride fall can be a humbling experience.
That was like a modern day Aesop's fable. If Aesop was on acid and his possessions were anthropomorphised. (I had to Google how to spell that!)
Great job.
